Reminder - Focus Group - Clubhouse & Facilities

Dear SCGC Members

You may have noted in the SCGC Annual Report or Board minutes that part of our SCGC Strategic Plan is to develop a clubhouse and facilities plan.  This will include researching options for replacing (or upgrading) the clubhouse and other facilities over the next 10+ years.   

As part of that research, the Board wishes to have a Focus Group of a small number of interested members to progress this review.    This group would assist in identifying and confirming the many aspects required for this plan and assist in the recommendations to the Board of various options.   While we will need to consult with experts along the way, this group will be formed to do much of the groundwork, utilising the skills of interested members, which will save our Club considerable money. 

If you are keen to be a member of this group, who will be part of an exciting period for our Club, please email myself judy@jbevin.co.nz or Annette manager@stclairgolf.co.nz    So that we get a good cross-section of skills and interest within this small group, it would be helpful if you advise what contribution you can bring to this group.
